Who is Edith Gbur?

	Edith Gbur is a member of the Green Party USA.  She serves on the party's
Program Working Group.

	"The Program Working Group exists to assist the Green National Committee
carry out their responsibility to create and maintain Green Platform
statements (adopted by the Green Congress) and facilitate the development
of position papers to be approved by the Green Congress and update the
Green Program as needed."
