Cell phones: Business Week

FYI:
Business week has a page this week about "Cell phones: We need more testing" 
(Aug. 14, p. 45 in the European edition - a password is necessary for the 
Internet site). Henri Lai is referred to who mentiones behavioral, immune 
and genetic effects. It then reads: "Lai has also found DNA damage in rats 
exposed to microwave radiation at power level similar to those produced by 
cell phones."

I wonder why Lai isn't telling about the attempts to reproduce his findings.
