technical vs non-technical discussions
Folks, the threads on RADSAFE are becoming increasingly less useful in
regards to the mission of the list, i.e., support for professionals in
radiation protection.
Judging by the amount of personal e-mail I've been getting, a significant
number of people are getting tired of wading through the philosophical
debates to find useful technical information. Besides, the whole thread
(and you all know to which thread I am referring) is getting tired and
all that is being done is the proverbial beating of a deceased equine.
So, let's take all such conversations to private e-mail, shall we? As I
don't have time for the niceties of e-mailing nastygrams back and forth
to people who do not comply with this request, I am likely to put people
on "vacations" from the list far sooner than I normally would. Of
course, this applies to people on BOTH sides of the issue.
Do NOT post a response to this moderation message to RADSAFE. I will
very likely also direct any comments/complaints sent to me to /dev/null.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation,
Melissa Woo
