RE: MicroShield vs. MegaShield

I have used an old version of Microshield and a fairly new version of
Megashield. Both are easy to learn and use. The manual for Megashield
was, in my opinion, a little skimpy and I have some problems getting it
to run. Periodically have to delete it and reinstall it. Might be my
system tho.

Subject: MicroShield vs. MegaShield

Hello RadSafers;

I need to purchase a software program for calculating exposure rates
from various sources. My choices seem to be either MicroShield
(http://www.framatech.com/radsoft/radsoft.asp) or MegaShield
(http://www.wmginc.com/megashield.html).

Can anyone make any comments from experience in either program? How
easy (or difficult!) are they to learn and use? I'm supposed to order
one of these within the next hour, so any input would be appreciated...

Thanks,

Paul
