I did a quick search fro Tungsten
if you look at
http://www.kulitetungsten.com/typprop.html
they say
17,0 g/cm ^3 (90%W)
up to 18,5 g / cm^3 (97% W)
or:
http://www.mi-techmetals.com/refractory.htm
they show several W-alloys with lower %W and with lower density values
but at
http://www.teledynetungsten.com/mainframe.html
you can read that 89% 97% alloys are used for shielding
