I'm assuming a family of four. In Chicago as
well as a number of other cities, you have the option
of Gas or Electric heat. Gas heat in Chicago is
usually a lot less expensive than Electricity, at
least from my experience. It's probably a good idea to
establish some type of criteria in order to gain
accurate figures.
