Ft. Worth Tx  Jul 00  elect cost 8.1 cents/kwh on 2364 kwh =$ 192.40. A  fair sample
for Jul-Sep here. I have gas for water and furnace; the rest is electricity.  Expect
6-10% increase this winter.
