Here in Rockaway, NY under the aegis of LIPA(Long Island Power Authority), I 
am paying an electric bill of $150 per month, no heating and rarelly used 
airconditioning; we have sea breezes.
LIPA is the successor to LILCO of the Shoreham debacle.
