Refer back to you radiation safety staff which provides training in accordance with 10CFR19.
Communications on radiation effects are required per 19.12(2). This information is further expanded in Regulatory Guide 8.29, Instructions Concerning Risks from Occupational Radiation Exposure, 2/96. The document is available on line at
