Joint Meeting of the Connecticut and New England Chapters of the Health Physics Society _ "Meet the President-Elect"

  	   The New England Chapter of the Health Physics Society (NECHPS) is 
sponsoring a joint 	   meeting with the Connecticut chapter on September 7, 
2000 in Providence, RI.

	   If you are in the area, you are welcome to come and meet the 
President-Elect of the  	   national Health Physics Society, George Anastas.
	   He will speak on the topic: "The Health Physics Society: Challenges for 
the 21st 	   Century"

           The meeting will begin with registration  at
           5:30pm, dinner at 6:30pm and speaker from 7:00 to 8:30pm

           Menu is Baked New England Scrod or Chicken Marsala
	   $25.00 for members and $35.00 for guests.

           Registration deadline has been extended to September 1st.
