Corona effect and x-rays

Dear radsafers,
Is there anyone who knows something about the possibility of X-rays
production by corona effect in high voltage overhead lines?
Has anyone made measurements?
Is there any influence of strong electric and magnetic field under high
voltage lines on the performances of detectors (p.m. tubes, electronic,
...)?
