Re: Uranium in Water

All of the involved childrens teeth are in poor condition. The point is that
the younger children who have lived at this house their whole life are the
worst. It seems to me that this would make since. Also the older children
which attend school all day do not consume as much of the contaminated water
as the younger ones who stay home all day. There is also fluoride naturally
occurring in the water at therapeutic levels. These children also maintain 6
month check -- ups with fluoride treatments given at these check -- ups.

This might also explain why the youngest child has hair levels the highest of
the five and as the age increases, their hair level decreases.

On the third testing the uranium levels were:

U238 260.625 +/- 14.177 MDA 3.13E-02
U235 12.717 +/- 1.036 MDA 2.23E-02
U234 506.373 +/- 27.116 MDA 4.18E-02
UNAT 779.568 +/- 41.497 MDA 4.83E-02

The radium levels were:

Radium 226 EPA Method 903 11.49 pCi/L +/- 1.31 MDA 0.59
Radium 228 EPA Method 904 3.44 pCi/L +/- 0.71 MDA 1.09

The radon water levels were also high in the water sampled, as was the
arsenic level.
