Would you please provide information regarding any limitations your plant
has established for controlling the number of people allowed entry into PWR
Vapor Containment ( Reactor ) building for different plant conditions. If
available, please provide the basis ( i.e. Technical Specifications, Reg.
Guide or other document ).
