Np237 and nuclear waste

I'm surprised that no comment has appeared as a response to the Np 237 
statement in Scientific American (nuclear submarines etc). After all it may 
have an impact on the societal (public and political perceptions) ideas 
about nuclear waste. (this was an understatement - I didn't spell that out)
