It didn't show on your copy, but my previous little sermon addressed to
"Ladies and Gentlemen" was sent to the UN people preparing the next climate
change paper.  I sent it to the UN people suggested by an anti-nuke msg
forwarded to this list recently, with a suggest we put in our unexpected
counter-ploy.

Since you didn't see the original addressees (this list was added as a blind
copy), you didn't know the context and probably wondered why I had suddenly
taken off on the soapbox.
