Contamination Control Limit/Level for Liquids

Have searched the archives.  Been trying to find a reference, study, masters
thesis, anything on this subject for awhile.

Have you established an activity level for liquids (e.g., pCi/ml) below
which you do not use any administrative controls (work permits, procedures)
or PPE?
