Susquehanna SES, a twin unit BWR located in Northeast Pennsylvania, is planning 
to perform a chemical decon of RWCU piping (carbon steel) in our upcoming 
Refuel and Inspection Outage. We would very much appreciate your response to 
the following questions:
1. Have you chem deconned RWCU carbon steel piping or other carbon steel piping 
with LOMI and/or pre-oxidation step of NP? When?
2. If you have, what DF's did you get? What were your rad fields?
3. Did you have any operational problems? Problems with flushes?
4. Have you implemented HWC? When?
