Electronic NRC 396 and 398

This is being posted by myself on behalf of someone else, so PLEASE resond 
to Mr. Frantz.

When filling out NRC applications, we use an Excel spreadsheet which will 
print the correct information in the blocks on the form when fed through a 
printer (sort of).
Does anyone have a better way of filling out NRC 396 and NRC 398?
