Info on old Harshaw Pre Amp

Hello Radsafers;

I'm trying to use an old Harshaw NB-11 pre amp, but have no manuals or
documentation.  No luck with an internet search either.  I'm essentially
trying to make sure I have the power requirements right going to the 9
pin "serial like" connector.  I'm pretty sure that pin 1 is ground and
pin 4 is +12V, but have no clue what pins 6 and 9 are used for.  Anyone
out there have any information?
