Re: Deaths from fossil fuel burning air pollution

I just watched TV news. The peace between Erithrea and Ethiopia is
celebrated. The two countries were called the two poorest countries in
Africa. They had a two years war. About 100 000 people were killed and about
1 000 000 people were displaced. There was no change in borders effected by
the war.

What kind of world do we live in, that we discuss about probabilities that
one or two persons out of millions will contract cancer or will die of
respiratory tract diseases caused by air pollution, when actual millions of
people die every month from malnutrition, while food is destroyed in other
parts of the world because of overproduction, diseases which could be cured
by medicine a few cents of worth or be prevented by vaccination at the same
cost or are killed in the many wars going an by weapons manufactured by
"developed" countries.

RADSAFErs, come back to a serious perception of where the problems of this
world are.

Franz
