Good point. One problem with this is the same as with the statement 
that less people die from nuclear as compared to other industries. 
The message we receive from the public is that they don't care 
whether more people die from other industries. They just don't want 
to add an incremental number, to the death list. The only variable is 
that they think more die due to nuclear power, and we believe the 
number to be less.
