Lead pig

The term is not specific to the nuclear industry:

B29-92(1997) Standard Specification for Refined Lead: This specification
covers refined lead in pig, block, or hog form.

Also, from the dictionary under pig:  1) An oblong block of metal, chiefly
iron or lead, poured from a smelting furnace, 2) A mold in which such metal
is cast (pig iron, pig lead, etc.).
