I posted a message 3-4 hours ago about my emails to APASE also bouncing 
back. I wrote some other stuff as well - will wait to avoid unnecessary 
repetition.

That APASE stuff is very visible through the search engines - here is 
another version (essentially the same as the previous link I gave but the 
level & webpage design seems more adapted for kids learning the letter U):

PS. See lots about the snow & cold that headed east (Philadelphia area and 
up) and south. This could motivate some more energy debate in north America 
- or must the San Jose area go down first to awaken some decision makers (or 
why not CNBC in NJ? or NASDAQ - do they have backup electricity)? Phones & 
Internet down together with electricity shortage could be a nasty 
combination.
