maintenance of Cs-137 box and panoramic irradiators

Questions about maintenance for Cs137 box and panoramic irradiators:

1.  Do you have a planned maintenance schedule, if so what frequency for

each activity?

2.  What maintenance activities are performed, e.g., interlocks,
solenoids, and springs?

3.  Is maintenance performed by site personnel?  If yes, what group
performs the activity?   Also, please describe the training required to
qualify personnel to perform work on irradiators, if  that work does not
involve any activity that would cause irradiator source to be operated.

4.  If you use off site vendors to perform irradiator maintenance, what
vendor(s) do you use?

5.  If preventive maintenance is performed by vendors what periodicity
is used?
