I do not know, what kind of measurement methods you use, but are you sure,
you remember I-129? It is a very long lived fission product (half life
1.57*10E7 years), emitting two low-energy conversion electrons and betas
with a maximum energy of 151.2 keV, which will not penetrate glass.
Determination at environmental levels is extremely difficult.
