I should, to me more precise here say that the text doesn't explicitly write 
that the cause is DU - the text formulation is rather speculative regarding 
the ammunition - but many readers will very likely implicitly interpret that 
"DU or possibly chemical weapons" are the cause of malformations like the 
one on the picture. Especially after what has been out previously in 
Expressen as well as other media.
