Skin Dose Assessment from Whole Body Contamination Meters from Noble Gases

I am trying to develop a procedure for estimating the skin dose from noble
gas events from readings from a Whole Body Contamination Monitor. Do any of
the power reactor health physicists on RADSAFE have such a procedure, or any
other information on these kind of events?
