	--For those of you who don't believe that coal burning air
pollution is killing thousands of Americans per year, how do you argue in
this upcoming debate between coal and nuclear? The public believes that
nuclear kills people --ICRP and NCRP  have conceded that -- and coal does
not kill people; why shouldn't they choose coal over nuclear?
