List closure

Since the radsafe list is closing down, some of you may want to consider 
migrating to a list set up for a similar purpose.  At present the Nevtech 
list has about 200 subscribers and it needs more, to generate a useful level 
of discussion. Instructions on how to subscribe can be found at the bottom of
