I just looked at the source Lars gave. It seems very possible that Sweden 
will go below a 500 MWe capacity "alarm" limit for the whole country. This 
morning I read about 5 F (-15 C) on my thermometer here in Stockholm (it can 
be much worse in February - I remember a few times when the temperature has 
dropped to about minus 30 C = - 22 F, minus 20 C is quite common for 
Stockholm at least a few times every February) - some suburbs just north of 
here where a lot of pople live have been down to -18 C already. Local 
fluctuations will determine whether we will get some rolling blackouts on 
Monday or not (probably not). Barsebäck 1 NPP which has been closed down 
(for political reasons) is a 600 MWe unit. Should we face blackouts they may 
become more unpleasant than those in California (?).
