blocking worm

Just to forestall any further messages on the subject, it looks like
our friends in the sec-tn.com domain got hit by the latest virus.

I've attempted to write a sendmail ruleset to reject any incoming
RADSAFE mail which matches the relevant subject line for the messages
that carry the worm as a VBS attachment.  (I am not happy with Microsoft
at this moment.)  Since I haven't written a sendmail ruleset for quite
a long time, we'll just have to see whether or not it worked.
