illiterate list members



May I suggest that when the list has a semi-literate member who expresses 
himself/herself somewhat crudely or wildly off topic that each list member 
simple mail a polite reply directly to the individual (i.e., NOT to the 
list) with gentle, professional guidance pertinent to the posting.  Perhaps 
with the multitude of input that person will then understand our membership 
better.
