RE: "Legality" of revising QA records

A response to Tad Blanchard on correction of records included a reference to 10
CFR 830.120.  Further information may be found in HPS/ANSI N13.6-1999 "Practice
for Occupational Radiation Exposure Records Systems," specifically 3.2.3 Records
format.  "Corrections shall be made with single line-out and initialed by the
individual making the correction.  Opaque substances shall not be used for
making corrections."
