Nick,

    Your suggestion is good, but it won't work. Why?  Because:

[1] It would be impossible to PROVE absence of harmful effects at

low dose levels. You can't prove a negative!

[2] The abundant evidence that already exists predominantly INDICATES

that low doses of radiation are harmless or possibly beneficial.

[3] This evidence has been ignored by official standard setting

organizations

largely because it does not absolutely PROVE that low dose radiation

exposures produce no harmful effects.

[4] It would appear that we are in a "Catch 22" situation.



    Why should yet another study seem credible to them????
