That's why RSH has taken EPA to court, arguing that its use of LNT is

contrary to "the best peer-reviewed science" that EPA is required by law to

follow.  We've submitted a massive amount of scientific evidence.  Courts

have ruled against EPA on similar cases (not involving radiation).  It will

be a long hassle, but it's time it was done.



An unbiased public finding that use of LNT to claim hazard from low-dose

radiation is not valid science would be expected to have a world-wide impact

on radiation protection.
