DOE Oak Ridge Operations did an Environmental Assessment for the Sale of

Zinc Bromide Solutions for Commercial Recycling and Reuse (DOE/EA-1324)

which should be available from Mr. David R. Allen, ORO NEPA Compliance

Officer.  The DOE directory number is 865-574-1000.  This document

likely addressed that issue.
