Isokinetic Sampling of Effluent Stacks

I am currently installing a stack that has a potential for particulate

and gaseous radionuclide effluent emissions and would like to know the

latest regulatory requirements and ANSI recommendations pertaining to

design and implementation of isokinetic sampling of the stack

emissions.  About 5 years ago there was a revision to ANSI N13.1 being

prepared.  Has the EPA revised the requirements for isokinetic sampling

of effluent stacks based on this proposed or completed revision to

N13.1?



Any information on the applicable regulations and latest revisions (ie,

40 CFR 61, etc.) and applicable standards (ANSI and others) would be

appreciated.
