Estimate your radiation dose

I notice the UMich radinfo page http://www.umich.edu/~radinfo/ has a link 

to "estimate your radiation dose" at the URL:

http://newnet.lanl.gov/main.htm . This page was written by a student a few 

years ago.



The estimate includes 10 mrem (CEDE) per pack of cigarettes. (I don't even 

know how many cigarettes in a pack.) I would appreciate your comments and 

opinions on whether 10 mrem/pack is a reasonable estimate.
