NRC Policy Statements on BRC

Good morning, all.



Can anyone direct me to an online version of the NRC's 

policy on "Below Regulatory Concern?"  I seem to recall 

it's being circulated in the 1989 - 1990 time frame.



If any of you have a hardcopy, I'd love a FAX of it
