NARM/NORM

Recently on Radsafe, someone posted a comment that the NRC was contemplating

an attempt to amend the AEA to include NARM/NORM within their regulatory

control.  Can anyone please direct me to some document or other source that

could verify or dispute this?  Please reply to me directly unless the list

can benefit from your response.  Thank you in advance.
