1.  1905(d): regarding containers in transport, when do you consider your

container (seavan, what-have-you) in transport?  On the truck heading out

the Protected Area?  On a forklift heading for the transport vehicle?



2.  1905(e): What examples other than water-filled canals, storage vaults,

and hot cells, have you made use of 10 CFR 20.1905(e)?  Thanks!
