It wouldn't be the first time. I think in the case of TMI, everyone 

was confused, and nobody really took full responsibility for decision 

making. I do believe that Harold Denton was "one" of the bright 

spots. I do believe that while I wouldn't agree with all of thier 

decisions, he seemed to act more responsibly than most.
