Maybe we should demand, for safety reasons, that large windmills have each of their blades equipped with an electronic automatic pilot and small flight control thrusters - perhaps fuelled with hydrogen peroxide monopropellant - so that each of them can independently make a safe landing in a designated area, in case of a LOBA.
