The process of pulling together information for a Radiation
Oncology/Medical Physics training grant application is underway. As we
develop the application for January submission, I will be requesting
certain information from you for the proposal.
The first item I would like to collect is your Biographical Sketch. I have
this already from a number of you. For those of you who do not have this
Bio Sketch in electronic form, I am attaching the blank form in .pdf
format. The form is available on the Office of Research website as well.
For those of you who have hardcopy versions please just send them to my
attention here in the Department of Radiation Oncology, B-902 TVC (5671).
As time goes on I will also be requesting additional information concerning
your current research interests, your outside funding for research, and
your experience with previous research training programs. We anticipate
meeting periodically to get input from all of you as we develop the
project. Thank you very much for your willingness to be involved.
If you have any questions regarding the information we need or other
proposal related issues, please let me know.
