RE: Sources in WTC
Considering the location (inside an office tower), chances are this (or any)
office may have been a free standing clinic or an outpatient clinic,
and most likely only used Tc-99m. Typical studies performed would
probably include cardiac studies, bone and thyroid scans.
I suppose depending on where in the rubble the remains of the clinic ended up,
any overlying rubble would provide more than enough shielding and would have
decayed away by now.
There will probably be a Co-57 flood source around too, which will
likely be the only source left.
