I really wonder what the dosimetry was that could detect 37 mrem over a four
year period. Assuming (I know) it was uniform that's 9.25 mrem per year or
.778 mrem per month. Most utilities during that time did not probably have
dosimetry that would accurately measure such an exposure without an error
value of 100 percent. Evidently the defense did not have their act together
to combat such a ludicrous value.
