did not use a
survey meter and he was not wearing a pocket
dosimeter, whole body badge
or alarming rate meter. " Bill,
same old cause. Basically its due to training, procedures, oversight,
and intelligence of the operator. They may need to install
a radiac on the guide tube to indicate the source is out. "In
science there is only physics; everything else is stamp collecting."
