NRC license course

Is anyone aware of any courses that deal strictly with managing a NRC 

license?  I don't want to take a 5 day RSO course so that I can get a day 

or two's information out of it.  I know it's not exactly rocket science, 

but I would like to make sure that I spend my time effectively, instead of 

focusing on things that nobody will ever look at.
