I also got two copies - from non-radsafe related sources - and took a look inside.

It is not just  a html file, it is a .exe allright. Might well be dangerous

to wintel systems (wants windows, I saw that much).



The name varies, the common thing seems to be the 

dual suffix something.doc.pif .
