UNSCEAR reports in pdf format

Does anyone know of a source on the web of the earlier (say, 1994 and

before) UNSCEAR reports in Adobe pdf or other formats?  I am aware of the

UNSCEAR web site www.unscear.org but they do not have the reports in other

than paper form.
